Kenmore condenser cleaning service
The cheapest work on this site and the work that prevents the most expensive. Dust, pet hair and salt air settle on a condenser here until it can no longer give up its heat, and from then on the compressor buys the same cold with more running time — until something in the circuit stops paying.
- From $95 diagnostic, credited to the repair

- OEM parts available on order

A starting figure, not a quote. What moves it is the model, how the unit is built in and which part it needs — settled after the on-site diagnostic.

How this visit actually goes
The same order every time, so nothing is opened and nothing is charged before you have seen the figure and said yes.

01
Look at what is on the coil
So you can see it too. Photographs before and after, because this is a service people reasonably want evidence of.
-
02
Clean it properly
Brushed and vacuumed rather than blown deeper into the fins. Blowing a coil out moves the problem to the back of it.
-
03
The condenser fan
Free-running, clean and quiet. A fan seized in dust undoes a clean coil in a month.
-
04
Clearances around the cabinet
Built-in and tight-fit installations recirculate their own warm air. Where that is what is happening we will say so, because no amount of cleaning fixes it.
-
05
Compare the run time
Measured before and after so the benefit is a number. If nothing changes, the coil was not the problem and we say that too.

French door · side-by-side · top and bottom freezer Kenmore refrigerator repair in Miami
The appliance the badge is best known for, and the one where knowing who built it changes the repair most. A Kenmore refrigerator in a South Florida kitchen is a Whirlpool, a Frigidaire or an LG underneath, and the first three digits of the model number say which. That decides the parts, the diagnostic sequence and whether there is a published code table to read at all — so it is the first thing we ask for.
- 106 is Whirlpool, 253 is Frigidaire, 795 is LG
- Ice, water and the defrost circuit are most of the call volume
- The parts catalog is the builder's, not the badge's

Upright and chest · garage and utility room Kenmore freezer repair in Miami
Standalone uprights and chest freezers, most of them Frigidaire-built or Whirlpool-built, and most of them living somewhere hot: a garage, a utility room, a covered porch. That location is half the diagnosis. A freezer asked to hold zero degrees in a garage that reaches ninety-five is working at the edge of what it was designed for, and it fails differently from one in a kitchen.
- 253 is Frigidaire-built, 106 is Whirlpool-built
- Where it lives decides how it fails here
- Manual-defrost chest units have no defrost circuit to blame
-
Standalone and undercounter · a machine of its own Kenmore ice maker repair in Miami
Standalone and undercounter ice makers, which are a separate appliance from the ice maker built into a refrigerator door. They have their own compressor, their own water path and their own harvest mechanism, and they are designed to run continuously rather than in the background. In South Florida that means they run almost every hour of the year, on water that is hard enough to change how they behave within months.
- A machine in its own right, not a refrigerator part
- Mineral buildup is the common ending here
- Which stage the cycle stops at is the diagnosis

About Kenmore condenser cleaning service
About condenser cleaning in a Miami kitchen
It is the first thing the manufacturers themselves tell you to check on a refrigerator that is not cold enough, and here it is right far more often than it ought to be. A floor-level condenser pulls air from exactly where dust, hair and street grit collect, and humidity turns loose dust into something that sticks. The damage is not to the temperature at first — it is to the compressor, which runs longer and hotter every day for years before anything shows on the front panel. The fan and the clearances are checked in the same visit, because a clean coil behind a stalled fan is still a hot condenser.

Questions about Kenmore condenser cleaning service
Does cleaning a coil really fix a warm refrigerator?
Often enough that every manufacturer names it first. It is cheap, quick and genuinely diagnostic: where it is not the answer, you have eliminated a large variable and the rest of the diagnosis starts from a known-good condenser.
How often, with pets in the house?
Twice a year is not excessive. Animal hair is the single biggest driver of how fast a floor-level coil blocks, and it changes the sensible interval more than anything else about the household.
